  • Studio Coordinator / Administrator: £Negotiable based on experience

    Due to rapid growth, UKMN requires a highly organized, ambitious professional to help our design studio run smoothly. You will be from a business administration, marketing-related account executive or design studio coordination background, with a keen interest in design and some knowledge of how the creative industry operates. You will become the central figure in the studio, ensuring that daily operations are professional, and to the highest standards. Initially, you will be responsible for all administration of the studio operations, and over time will grow your own team as required to keep pace with our growth.

  • Business Development Director: £Competitive

    With an aggressive New Business strategy being formulated and led by one of the most reputable business development professionals in the business - UKMN want to galvanise this strategy internally and develop a new business culture throughout the group. We are now looking for a Business Development Director to oversee and drive all aspects of business development and ultimately become a partner within the group.

  • Client Account Director: £Negotiable

    We are seeking a Client Account Director who has the experience to win and lead relationships. Working 50% on new business and 50% on current clients (mostly corporate), the position is closely linked to both management and the consultancy department of our design studio.

  • Senior Strategist: £Negotiable based on experience

    Develop Brand, Identity, and Campaign strategies. Responsible for the collection, analysis, and synthesis of both primary and secondary research, as well as generating insight and formulating project/client based strategic insight as strategy lead. Work directly with project team on all aspects of user-centered design: brand, advertising, and digital.

  • Business Development Executive: £Competitive

    Responsible for generating new business leads for our senior Client Services team within defined business categories. Assist the Client Services team in closing new business where appropriate.
