Due to rapid growth, UKMN requires a highly organized, ambitious professional to help our design studio run smoothly. You will be from a business administration, marketing-related account executive or design studio coordination background, with a keen interest in design and some knowledge of how the creative industry operates. You will become the central figure in the studio, ensuring that daily operations are professional, and to the highest standards. Initially, you will be responsible for all administration of the studio operations, and over time will grow your own team as required to keep pace with our growth.

You will have the opportunity to rapidly further your career at UKMN, with the Creative Partners looking for you to be proactive and install scalable working processes that will support the continued growth of the group. You will have the ambition to move into a more senior position with UKMN, with the chance to grow within the company to become Operations Director, Production Director or Client Services Director in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a day-to-day first point of contact for our clients, either in person when they visit our studio, or via email or telephone as required during a live project, to maintain a high level of customer service and building professional relationships at all times.
  • Create all written project documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including initial confirmation of deliverables, project plans, progress updates and formal client approvals as required.
  • Collate and prepare all background information at the commencement of client projects to include competitor information, market data, written and visual reference information.
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent project timeframes, ensuring that all design work is created, quality assured and delivered on time.
  • Budget management of client projects, tracking incurred expenses, and managing the timely issue and payment of invoices.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and partners to fulfil project requirements, to include print management and media buying responsibilities.
  • Provide pre- and post-meeting administrative support to the creative, brand consultancy and new business teams.
  • Accurate resource management of information in the studio, including both physical and digital files.
  • Ensure that the creative studio has all of the resources required for successful operation.
  • Work closely with the Creative Partners in all aspects of daily operations as required.

Personal Attributes and Qualifications

  • Highly organized and able to multi-task, always delivering work to the highest of standards, whilst working well under deadline pressures.
  • A genuine interest in and passion for the creative and commercial design industries is required.
  • A degree in marketing and/or business administration is preferred but not essential.
  • An out-going, professional, sophisticated manner, bringing your own individual personality and unique character to the team.
  • Proactive and ambitious, highly motivated and with the desire to rapidly advance your career in the design industry,

Salary and Benefits

You will be paid in-line with industry standards for the design industry, with your starting salary being dependant on your experience and what skills you can bring to the team. You will benefit from the introduction of a contributory pension scheme, regular advice and training from experienced members of our team, as well as external training as required to help you progress your career. 25x days holiday per annum.
