I interact with my customers in different ways - on and offline, traditional and new, expected and innovative. I'm not wedded to one channel or one discipline. My customers are multi-dimensional.
So am I.
- 'I'm Always Relevant'
I work hard to reflect the needs of a more knowledgeable and demanding customer. Maintaining their interest and engagement drives my future. Ultimately, the proof of my relevance is in my continued commercial success. There is no hiding place.
